For the management of your relationship with our platform, BuddyUp Social.
Why is this law mandatory?
Because data processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which you are a party and have given your consent.
Who are the recipients of your data?
Only Inværse Social ApS. Your personal data shall not be disclosed to other parties except in case of legal obligation.
What are your rights as a member of our database?
You, at any time, have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data (name, surnames, mobile number and e-mail). Your data will be kept as long as necessary to provide evidence of the relationship between both parties (user and platform). You can exercise the rights of access, limitation, portability, lodging of a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority, deletion or forgetting, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data by e-mailing info@invaerse.com.
